Terms of Sale and Use

AutoMiner automates actions in a third-party game. Automation may violate the game publisher's terms and may result in temporary suspension or permanent account loss. No method is guaranteed undetectable or risk-free. You choose whether to use the software and accept this risk.
1. The product
AutoMiner is an independent Windows desktop automation tool delivered digitally through an installer and an individual license key. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Supercell.
2. License
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right to use AutoMiner on the number of devices shown at checkout, normally one Windows PC. You may not resell, share, reverse engineer, bypass licensing controls or redistribute the installer or key.
3. Delivery and activation
After confirmed payment, the site creates a license key, displays it on the delivery page and sends a copy with the order details to the email address entered at checkout. You are responsible for entering an address you control and checking its spam folder. The key binds to the first activated PC. Hardware replacement, formatting or major system changes may require a device reset through support.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD before confirmation. Applicable currency conversion, payment fees or taxes may be determined by Stripe, your bank or your jurisdiction.
5. Updates and compatibility
Visual automation depends on the game and emulator interface. Game updates may temporarily interrupt individual functions. Corrective updates are provided during a time-limited license and for supported lifetime licenses, but no uninterrupted-availability guarantee is made.
6. Responsible use
You are responsible for the account, computer, emulator and network used with AutoMiner. Do not use the software to attack systems, evade payment, share access, violate law or interfere with other people.
7. Results
Performance varies with village level, army, configuration, connection, computer and target availability. Examples and interface previews explain features; they are not guarantees of a specific amount of resources, progression speed or financial value.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
9. Limitation
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AutoMiner is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, account safety or suitability for a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Support
Use the support form on the main website for installation, licensing, order or technical questions. Include the order reference shown on your delivery page, but never send financial details or passwords.
